Product Description

L-Lysine Hydrochloride White or nearly white free-flowing crystalline powder. Almost odorless. Melting and decomposition at 263~264°C. It is usually stable, high humidity is stable below 60%, and dihydrate is generated when it is over 60%. Coexistence with vitamin C and vitamin K3 is easy to color. Alkaline conditions and direct decomposition in the presence of reducing sugar heating. Soluble in water (40g/ml, 35°C), the aqueous solution is neutral to slightly acidic, heated with phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, ion exchange resin, etc. and play a racemic role. Lysine is an essential amino acid that cannot be synthesized in the body. If it is lacking, it causes protein metabolism disorder and dysfunction, leading to growth disorders, hypoplasia, weight loss, loss of appetite, and reduction of blood protein. D-type lysine has no physiological effect.
